Chad Jackson, Managing Director (North Texas)
Chad Jackson oversees all development, acquisition and construction operations for Alliance in the North Texas region with responsibility for the sourcing and execution of debt and equity financing for projects throughout Dallas and Fort Worth. During his tenure with Alliance, he has financed or developed in more than 4,500 apartment units with a total capitalization of over $720 million. Mr. Jackson was formerly with Behringer Harvard in Dallas, where he served as Vice President of Acquisitions for the office REIT and then the multifamily REIT for nearly nine years. During that period, he acquired or invested in more than 10.9 million square feet of Class A office product and approximately 4,500 class A apartment units. Mr. Jackson also held a position as a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo’s Specialized Real Estate Group. Mr. Jackson graduated from Southern Methodist University and is also a graduate of the Associate Leadership Council, a Dallas Real Estate Council program. He is also a TREC and ULI member.
Mark Stewart, Regional CFO (North Texas/Southeast)
Mark Stewart is the Chief Financial Officer for the Southeast and the North Texas regions. In this role, he oversees the sourcing and execution of debt and equity financing for developments, in addition to fostering new and existing investor and lender relationships. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Stewart was the director of investments for Batson-Cook Development Company with responsibility for growing the firm’s investment platform through strategic joint venture partnerships. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer with a regional development company. Mr. Stewart earned his bachelor’s degree from Randolph Macon College and a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tom Brewer, Vice President of Construction (North Texas)
Tom Brewer oversees the construction and project management of new developments and rehabilitations for the North Texas division. He is responsible for all phases of construction activity, including estimation management, budget development and management, buy-out management, schedules and job-cost reports. Mr. Brewer also oversees all construction and project management staff. With more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Brewer has been involved in the construction of single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects. He has extensive experience with the multifamily construction process, including conceptual and pre-construction pricing and value engineering to provide the most cost-effective project within the desired budget. Mr. Brewer received his BBA from the University of Houston. He is a member of the National Builders Association and the Multifamily Builders Council, and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP), as recognized by the National Association of Home Builders.
Stephanie Nascimento, Senior Vice President of Operations (Central/Southeast)
Stephanie Nascimento has more than 19 years of experience in the multifamily industry and, since joining Alliance in July 2006, she has demonstrated strong leadership in working with our owned and third-party assets in Texas. Currently, Ms. Nascimento is the Senior Vice President of Alliance’s Central and Southeast region, with responsibility for over 27,000 units. Prior to that, Ms. Nascimento served as Vice President of Operations with responsibility for 35 communities in the Central region. Preceding that, she was the Senior Regional Manager for the Central region and was recognized as “Regional Manager of the Year” in 2008 and 2009. Her background also includes positions with Gables Residential and Equity Residential. Ms. Nascimento graduated from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Austin Apartment Association.
Cynthia Miller, Vice President of Operations (Central)
Cynthia Miller joined Alliance in 2006 was recently promoted to Vice President of Operations for Dallas and Houston. Ms. Miller supervises the management operations of Alliance’s owned and third-party properties across North Texas. She has more than 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry in Texas, Southern California and the Southwest, primarily with lease-ups, value-add rehabs, and Class A garden-style, mid- and high-rise asset types. She also has extensive experience in retail management, absorption analysis, interior design, acquisitions, dispositions, creating marketing and branding campaigns, developing budgets and overseeing associate development. Ms. Miller holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation as recognized by the National Apartment Association.
Joshua Eadie, Director of Real Estate
As Director of Real Estate, Joshua Eadie is responsible for Alliance’s overall expansion efforts across Texas and the southeastern United States. Working with existing and future clients, Mr. Eadie identifies new management opportunities to grow Alliance’s third-party management platform. Prior to joining Alliance , Mr. Eadie was the Director of Underwriting and Acquisitions at Madison Realty Group LLC, a private-equity real estate investment and development firm based in Pennsylvania. While working at Madison, he oversaw all underwriting and asset management for the company’s portfolio, comprised of office, medical office, and retail developments and acquisitions. Mr. Eadie holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech.
